Riyadh – Dr. Sulaiman Al Habib Medical Services Group generated net profits after Zakat and tax worth SAR 1.65 billion in 2022, higher by 19.91% than SAR 1.37 billion in 2021.
Revenues amounted to SAR 8.31 billion in the January-December 2022 period, a 14.62% year-on-year (YoY) increase from SAR 7.25 billion, according to the annual financial results.
Meanwhile, the earnings per share (EPS) jumped to SAR 4.72 last year from SAR 3.39 in 2021.
Dividends for Q4-22
The company’s board proposed on 18 February 2023 the distribution of SAR 325.50 million as cash dividends over 350 million eligible shares for the fourth quarter (Q4) of 2022.
Dr. Sulaiman Al Habib would disburse SAR 0.93 per share, accounting for 9.30% of the share nominal value.
The eligibility and distribution dates for the Q4-22 dividends will be on 23 February and 13 March 2023, respectively.
In the first nine months (9M) of 2022, the Tadawul-listed firm achieved a net profit after Zakat and tax worth SAR 1.20 billion, an annual rise of 21.77% from SAR 993.02 million.
