Riyadh – The shareholders of Dr. Sulaiman Al Habib Medical Services Group agreed to disburse cash dividends worth SAR 1.21 billion, representing 34.80% of the capital, for 2022.
The Saudi firm will pay a dividend of SAR 3.48 per share, according to a bourse filing.
It is worth noting that the shareholders greenlighted the cash dividends during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) on 10 April 2023.
In the January-December 2022 period, the medical group registered SAR 1.65 billion in net profit after Zakat and tax, up 19.91% year-on-year (YoY) from SAR 1.37 billion.
Revenues increased by 14.62% to SAR 8.31 billion last year from SAR 7.25 billion, while the earnings per share (EPS) went up to SAR 4.72 from SAR 3.39.
