Bena Steel Industries Company set the price of its offering on the Parallel Market (Nomu) of the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) at a range of SAR 50-52 per share.
The Saudi firm plans to trade 600,000 ordinary shares, accounting for 12% of the issued share capital, according to a bourse disclosure.
Meanwhile, each eligible investor can apply for a minimum number of 10 shares, while the maximum amount has been set as 249,990 shares.
Yaqeen Capital, the financial advisor and lead manager for the potential transaction, indicated that the bidding and book-building period would take place during 26 February- 2 March 2023.
It is worth noting that the Capital Market Authority (CMA) granted its approval for Bena Steel’s Nomu listing in November 2022.
