Riyadh – Bawan Company achieved SAR 162.85 million in net profit after Zakat and tax in 2022, down 4.40% year-on-year (YoY) from SAR 170.34 million.
Revenues hit SAR 3.63 billion in the January-December 2022 period, an annual rise of 12.53% from SAR 3.22 billion, according to the income statements.
The earnings per share (EPS) retreated to SAR 2.71 last year from SAR 2.84 as of 31 December 2021.
Dividends for H2-22
The company’s board announced on 2 March cash dividends worth SAR 39 million, representing 6.50% of its capital, for the second half (H2) of 2022.
In this regard, the Saudi firm will pay out a dividend of SAR 0.65 per share for 60 million eligible shares.
Meanwhile, the eligibility and distribution dates for the dividends will be 23 March and 6 April 2023, respectively.
During the first nine months (9M) of 2022, the Tadawul-listed firm generated net profits after Zakat and tax worth SAR 133.02 million, up 5.80% YoY from SAR 125.73 million.
