Dubai – Mubasher: The board of Dar Al Takaful has proposed cash dividend distribution, equivalent to 9.2% of the capital, for fiscal year 2020.
The cash dividend payout stands at 0.092 per share, aggregating at a total amount of AED 13.8 million, according to the company's disclosure to the Dubai Financial Market (DFM) on Wednesday.
It is noteworthy to mention that in 2020, the company's net profits attributable to the shareholders hiked to AED 22.64 million from AED 4.91 million in 2019.
