CAIRO - Egypt’s strategic reserves of wheat are sufficient for 2.3 months of consumption ahead of the local harvest beginning in April, a statement for the cabinet said on Wednesday.
Its strategic reserves of rice are sufficient for 3.5 months, sugar for 4 months and vegetable oils for 4.3 months, the statement said.
