RIYADH -- Saudi Arabian Airlines (Saudia) is preparing for the summer holidays especially that it will include the seasons of Ramadan, Eid Al-FItr, Hajj, and Eid Al-Adha.
A source said the Saudia in Riyadh expect packed summer holidays in need of more effort and services than any other time throughout the year.
"The Saudi Arabian Airlines have its own waiting area at the airport with all of the services needed. The waiting hall opened in January of this year and it stays open 24/7 for travelers to rest and wait for their flights there. Travelers can buy their tickets pay for shipment online," said the source.
The source also said employees at the hall will be working day and night to serve travelers at all times.
"The airlines provide several services such as MEDA medical care service and baggage pooling service. Members of Al-Fursan and Sky Time are considered VIPs and they have more privilege than regular travelers. They are allowed more luggage and are reserved seats in first class," said the source.
The source also said if a traveler canceled his flight after shipping his luggage and did not receive his luggage back, he may visit the airport and inquire about them.
