Saudi Ministry of Interior (MOI)’s Civil Affairs has presented a summary of its services to persons with disabilities, as part of its participation in the pavilion of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) for Arab States at Expo 2020 Dubai.

Civil Affairs' Information Systems Director-General, Eng. Turki Bin Abdullah Al-Aeed delivered a working paper entitled "Civil Affairs' Humanitarian Efforts” discussing the services directed to individuals suffering from hearing difficulties and deafness.

The Civil Affairs is the first government agency in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia that cares of this category by providing them with special services through utilizing technology and its solutions. — SPA
