KUWAIT CITY - The Council of Ministers approved Thursday, 21st Oct, an official holiday on the occasion of the Prophet’s birthday instead of the 18th of this month, based on a previous decision of the council of ministers to transfer the holidays that come during the week to coming Thursday.
