ArabFinance: Swiss carrier Chair Airlines operated its first flight to Egypt on September 20th, after a six-month suspension due to the outbreak of COVID-19, according to an official statement.

The plane landed in Hurghada International Airport, the Ministry of Civil Aviation said.

Chair Airlines announced last June the resumption of its operations after a two-month flight interruption, as its first destinations were Kosovo and Northern Macedonia.

Minister of Tourism and Antiquities Khaled el Anany recently said international tourists traveled to Sharm el Sheikh and Hurghada from 15 countries worldwide.
