Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Haitham Bin Tariq has issued a Royal pardon to 433 prisoners including 217 expats, the Royal Oman Police said.
In a statement issued on Tuesday, ROP said the Royal pardon coincides with the blessed Eid Al Adha.
