AMMAN — A total of 2,186,957 students on Sunday are scheduled to begin school at the beginning of the second semester of 2021/2022 academic year.

Najwa Qbeilat, secretary general of the Education Ministry for administrative and financial affairs, on Saturday said that the ministry formed an operations room to follow up on the educational process and receive all remarks of students and parents, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.

Qbeilat renewed the ministry's keenness to resume in-class education and, at the same time, maintain the health of teaching staff and students through following the health protocol in coordination with the Health Ministry and the National Centre for Security and Crisis Management.
