RIYADH The Ministry of Justice (MoJ) has enabled filing all types of labor court claims through its Najiz.sa portal, after fulfilling the requirements for each type.

According to the ministry, labor claims are divided into three types, the first type is labor case subject to the Labor Law, the second is domestic worker case and the like, and the third is complaint against the decisions of the General Organization for Social Insurance (GOSI).

"Before filing a claim on the Najiz.sa portal, the applicant must exhaust the means for mediation and settlement provided by the relevant authority.

For the first type, it is the competent Labor Office; for the second, it is the Commission on the Disputes of Domestic Workers and the Like; and for the third, it is GOSI," the MoJ said.
