ISTANBUL- Turkey will sign an economic and trade partnership agreement with Qatar, in order to secure cheaper supply of refined oil products and natural gas, Turkish trade ministry said in a statement on Monday.
The deal, which the ministry said will target a comprehensive liberalisation of goods and services trading between the two countries, will also include telecommunications sector and financial services.
