O West by Orascom Development has recorded real estate sales of EGP 5.7 billion in 2022, jumping by 44.3% year on year (YoY), according to an emailed press release on March 30th.

Orascom Development is maintaining its leading position in West Cairo by accelerating construction in O West, with 444 villas already built and the construction of 1,015 apartments and 236 townhouses currently underway.

The company plans to deliver more than 1,000 residential units in O West during 2023.

Moreover, the construction of 119 units within O Business District has already begun.

The construction of O West Sports Club is about to start, with the first phase of the club set for opening by the second half of 2023.

In the same vein, Orascom Development has appointed Tamer Dewidar as CEO of O West, alongside his roles as CEO of Makadi Heights and Byoum, effective immediately.
