WASHINGTON, May 20 (Reuters) - The International Monetary Fund on Friday said it had approved a $2.88 billion four-year loan program for Tunisia to support economic and financial reforms.
It said about $319.5 million was available for immediate disbursement, with other disbursements over the duration of the program subject to eight program reviews.
