The popular Al Qudra cycle track, the Arabian Ranches Golf Course, Dubai Polo & Equestrian Club and the site of Expo 2020 Dubai are also nearby.

Nshama has already delivered homes in four communities within Town Square Dubai that have a key location in the community, he added.
