Riyadh – Mubasher: Tihama Advertising and Public Relations Company has extended its agreement with the UK’s WPP Group on 26 December and until the middle of next year.
The Saudi company aims to complete all legal ownership and regulatory approvals before 30 June 2022 to establish the new business under the name ICG Saudi Arabia, according to a bourse disclosure on Monday.
Last July, Tihama signed an agreement with WPP to establish a joint venture (JV) to offer a wide range of communications and media services in Saudi Arabia.
