UAE-based Samana Developers said it has begun handover of its units within AED75 million ($20.4 million) Samana Greens at Arjan in Dubai.
Locted near iconic Dubai Miracle Garden in Arjan, the G+4 Samana Greens sits on a built-up area of 119,580 sq ft and houses 122 units comprising studios, one- and two-bedroom apartments, along with six retail spaces at the ground level.
Samana was awarded the Building Completion Certificate (BCC) last month by Dubai Development Authority.
The handover ceremony was chaired by Marwan Bin Ghalita, Chief Executive Officer of Dubais Real Estate Regulatory Authority along with senior officials from Rera and Samana Developers.
Speaking at the handover ceremony, CEO Imran Farooq said: It is a milestone achievement for the entire team of Samana Developers, its contractors and consultants. Keeping the momentum and consistent in construction was an uphill task during the pandemic lockdown period. In a way, we have set a new benchmark.
Samana Developers managed to fast-track the construction by introducing double shift of workers, keeping an eye on workers health condition with the PPE and SOPs intact, on project timelines and remote monitoring through CCTV cameras installed at the project site and connecting them to Samanas back-office, he explained.
These measures helped Samana to complete the construction not only on-time, he added.
Samana earlier announced that at the back of record highest sales revenues in 2020 and a positive outlook for 2021, it has increased the headcount by 55% for 2021 to double up the sales revenue.
