The RO7mn Al Noor Projects by Zawaya Development that will feature some of the best luxury properties will be ready by the first quarter of 2018. This was announced during a press conference at the Grand Millennium Hotel on Monday.

The Al Noor Projects residential and commercial complex which will stretch over 9,000sq m will be located at the heart of Madinat as Sultan Qaboos (MQ). It will have a total of 87 units including 66 residential units of single bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom apartments, ten two-storey three-bedroom apartments, five office spaces and six commercial units.

He added that Al Noor will be an architectural masterpiece that will offer all aspects of modern life and comfort. The complex will be equipped with central air conditioning, central gas distribution system, smart lighting for the corridors, private parking lots, lifts, a spa, a health club, kids zone, a multi-purpose hall and a shopping centre to host cafés and restaurants.

The size of residential units ranges between 99sq m and 243sq m, while the commercial units have been designed between 100sq m and 400sq m. All the commercial units will have open spaces and fully-equipped to give potential buyers the opportunity to design their units based on the nature of the commercial activity. The commercial units will be separate from the residential ones and supported by special lift and parking lots to provide the tenants with all comfort and tranquility.
