Saudi Arabia Sotheby’s International Realty has appointed Erick Knaider as its new managing partner.

Knaider, who brings more than 7 years of experience to the brand, has worked across multiple verticles during his career in many GCC markets including UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Oman, said the real estate firm in its statement.

His deep knowledge and understanding of the market will be key to his new role as he expands on market opportunities, and builds Saudi Arabia Sotheby’s International Realty strategic offering across the kingdom.

Between 2017 and 2023, Knaider had held senior positions within Luxhabitat Sotheby’s International Realty in Dubai, most recently in the role of chief commercial officer, whereby he led on and directed exclusive projects, operations and project sales with private and government parties in both Dubai and Abu Dhabi, it stated.

While in Saudi Arabia, Knaider’s first project will be to lead on the Raffles Residences Jeddah that is currently reshaping the city’s iconic skyline.

Stretching across 48 floors with 120 units, each 3-5 bedroom residence enjoys its own breathtaking views with a starting price of SR9.8 million.

This development boasts a wide range of on-site amenities including swimming pools, a private residents’ club, platforms for meditation and yoga and kid's playgrounds. The project is set to be completed by Q2 2024.

With this appointment, Sotheby’s International Realty is positioned to play an ever more active role in the entire KSA region.

Sotheby’s International Realty said he had been instrumental in producing consistent results for Luxhabitat Sotheby’s International Realty and will play an instrumental role putting KSA on the map for the most important luxury development and projects that pass through Saudi unit of Sotheby’s.
