Cairo – The Nile Property Expo intends to enter new markets for the first time in 2023 such as London and New Jersey in the US.
The announcement was made by Basem Kalila, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Expo Republic, the company organising the Nile Property Expo.
A new edition of this exhibition is set to be held in Riyadh in November 2023 and the company is studying to be present in several other markets in the Arabian Gulf.
Last year, the Nile Property Expo achieved remarkable success and strongly revived the presence of Egyptian real estate exhibitions in Saudi Arabia after years of absence with sales estimated at EGP 2.50 billion.
Kalila stated that the company held four successful real estate exhibitions in Saudi Arabia throughout last year, including one exhibition in Jeddah and three exhibitions in Riyadh. He explained that there is a real demand from Riyadh-based customers for Egyptian properties, highlighting that the Saudi capital is home to the largest percentage of investors and capital owners.
In addition, he indicated that the exhibitions have promoted projects in various parts of Egypt, including the New Administrative Capital (NAC), Sheikh Zayed, the Northern Coast, and the Red Sea.
Over the course of 5 years, the Nile Property Expo series has been able to work side by side with the state's plans to export Egyptian properties.
Expo Republic is an Egyptian Emirati exhibition organiser committed to connecting various businesses from all around the globe, to all platforms willing to deal directly or indirectly with exhibitors, through our major organised annual exhibition in many cities worldwide.
