Saudi Arabia - Maximiliano Development Management Services (MDMS), a leading player in the Saudi construction industry, has announced that more than 90% of the residential units at Ruwaa, a key development in capital Riyadh and Maylaa project in Jeddah, have been sold out.

The National Housing Company (NHC), the investment arm of the Ministry of Housing – Saudi Arabia, had launched Ruwaa and Maylaa projects with the aim to enhance its response to the increasing demand for housing in the kingdom, especially in the big cities.

Once completed, Ruwaa will offer more than 1,000 residential units spanning over 780,000 sq m area in Al Jawan suburb of Riyadh, while Maylaa will offer more than 800 residential units spanning 400,000 sq m area in the Khayala suburb of Jeddah.

MDMS Managing Director Enginer Marwa A. Murad said: "We are proud to have been chosen to create all the promotional material for Ruwaa Project in the Saudi capital including 3D videos and graphics."

"We also oversaw the sales operations for the Ruwaa Projects’ units through the 'Murcia' interactive centre and for Maylaa’s units through the comprehensive Sakani center in Jeddah. I am glad to say that we have been able to sell over 90% of the projects’ units within a record period," she added.

Headquartered in Saudi Arabia, Maximiliano has branches in Egypt, Bahrain and Australia, with work underway to open new branches in strategic markets.

Maximiliano, she stated, had been working to help NHC meet the requirements of Saudi families through its promotional campaign for Ruwaa and Maylaa.

"This step comes to enhance property supply all over the Kingdom as the two projects offer more than 1800 villas and townhouses for the beneficiaries of the Sakani program in Riyadh and Jeddah," stated Marwa.

According to her, all these residential developments feature integrated communities with end-to-end services and amenities to guarantee high-quality life for residents.

"The new developments feature schools, kindergartens, healthcare centres, mosques, governmental facilities, recreational services, parks and green areas," she added.
