Muscat: The Public Authority for Water (Diam) has issued an announcement about fees for selling water to customers in Duqm.
A statement issued online by Diam said, "We would like to inform our valued customers in the Special Economic Zone of Duqm that the fees for selling water, starting from December, 1st, 2020 will be as follows:
1. Filling price for tankers is 1.2 OMR per cubic meter.
2. Applying the residential fees to the customers who are residents in Wilayat Duqm as all residential subscribers fees in Oman, customers requested to submit a supportive document to Marafiq.
3. All other customers will be subjected as the reflective cost which is OMR 1.490 per m3."
