Muscat – The Oman Development Bank (ODB) has financed 1,294 projects at a coast of more than RO9mn in Dhahirah governorate from 2017 to July 2021.

Ahmed Khalfan al Badi, chairman of the Oman Development Bank in Dhahirah governorate in a statement to Oman News Agency, said, “The funding amounts were distributed to a number of projects, including 76 projects in the education field, two in the field of fisheries and 40 projects in the field of tourism services, which varied between establishing green hostels (eco hotels) and tourism services, and 364 projects in the field of professional and public services.”

“ODB also funded 403 projects in the field of agriculture and livestock, 396 projects in the field of industry, 6 projects in mining and 7 projects in health field,” he added.
