Radisson Blu Hotel, Dubai Media City has appointed Elliot McKenzie as its new front of house manager.

With over seven years’ experience in five-star hotels and resorts, McKenzie will be overseeing the front office, concierge, spa and pool’s working with the relevant departments to drive new projects, incremental revenue & overall guest satisfaction.

Before moving to Dubai and Radisson Blu, McKenzie spent two years at InterContinental London – The O2, recently holding the position of front of house manager. He also spent five years at the Celtic Manor Resort in a variety of roles from chef de rang to assistant reception manager. - TradeArabia News Service
