KUWAIT CITY: The Directorate-General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) has issued a decision to cancel Resolution No. 2747 of 2019 regarding the amendment of rental fees in exchange for the exploitation of different areas inside the airport, as the fees mentioned in the previous decision were reduced and modified to new fees, reports Al-Anba daily.

The decision issued by the Chairman of the DGCA Sheikh Salman Al-Hamoud, sets the service fees for the space used within the existing buildings of DGCA at KD 60 per square meter annually, instead of the previous KD 150, while the rental value for the land areas of space and space to be constructed are determined at KD 40 per square meter annually, instead of KD 65.

As for lands with closed parasols or umbrellas, the decision specifies the rental rates of KD 15 per meter per year, instead of KD 30, while rental values for lands on which umbrellas installed are KD 7.5 per meter per year instead of KD 20, and space for lands at KD 1.5 per square meter annually, instead of the previous KD 5.
