Nakheel Home Rental, the residential leasing arm of master developer Nakheel, has opened a new customer service centre to showcase its full range of properties across Dubai and as a special inaugural offer it is giving a month’s free rent on all new leases.
Located at Ibn Battuta Mall, the new office provides a convenient, one-stop-shop for new customers looking to rent a property with Nakheel, which has a portfolio of more than 16,000 apartments and over 500 villas for families – and budgets – of all sizes, said the developer in a statement.
New leases come with 13 months’ rent for the price of 12, with flexible payments and multiple cheques also available, it added.

Nakheel Home Rental covers the full spectrum of lifestyles, with over 16,500 properties located in some of Dubai’s most established, sought-after communities, including Palm Jumeirah, Al Furjan, Veneto, Badrah, The Gardens, Discovery Gardens and International City.
Prices range from AED18,500 (5,035) for a studio apartment to AED175,000 ($47,633) for a high-end, family villa, he stated.
Khoory pointed out that over the last 18 months, tenants’ requirements have changed, with some opting for larger properties with space to accommodate home schooling, working from home or the need for a garden, and others seeking greater flexibility in rental payments.
