Riyadh - Mubasher: Mulkia Investment Company announced the distribution of SAR 12.259 million cash dividends to the unitholders of Mulkia Gulf Real Estate REIT Fund for the fourth quarter (Q4) in 2021.
To be distributed over 68.1 million existing units, the dividend payout stands at SAR 0.18 per unit, equivalent to 1.8% of the unit’s initial price, according to a bourse disclosure on Monday.
The cash dividend distribution also represents 1.8% of the net asset value as of 31 December 2021.
