RAK White Cement announces new Chairman, Vice Chairman

Ras Al Khaimah Company for White Cement and Construction Materials (RAK White Cement) appointed Himanshu Kapania as the new Chairman of the board.

The board also named Mohammed Abdullatif Khalifa Al Shehhi as the Vice Chairman, according to a bourse filing.

The two key appointments were announced during the board meeting that was held on 11 April 2023.

Last year, RAK White Cement posted net profits worth AED 21.08 million, versus AED 32.87 million in 2021.

Revenues surged to AED 247.66 million in 2022 from AED 239.80 million a year earlier, while the earnings per share (EPS) declined to AED 0.04 from AED 0.07.
