Jumeirah Golf Estates (JGE), a major residential golf destination offering luxury homes and leisure facilities set amid two internationally-acclaimed championship golf courses in Dubai, has announced the completion of Alandalus towers A and B.

The towers, which feature one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom apartments that offer large indoor-outdoor living spaces, have already been sold out, said the statement from JGE.

The delivery of Alandalus tower A units was completed earlier this year, while the tower B is being currently handed over to the owners.

According to JGE, the Tower C is scheduled for handover in the fourth quarter, while the remaining towers D, E, F, and G are on track for Q2 2020 delivery.

Designed to offer a lifestyle that combines luxury, Andalusian-inspired living and affordable prices, the project offers 715 apartments, 95 townhouses, a mosque, a hotel, and a community retail centre, making this a complete, integrated community.

On the development, CEO Yousuf Kazim said: "Demand for Alandalus has been exceptional since it was launched, and we are happy to start welcoming the first batch of Alandalus residents."
