A select group representing Jordan’s premier media publications were given a comprehensive tour of Joramco; the Amman based MRO and the engineering arm of Dubai Aerospace Enterprise (DAE), led by Joramco’s Top Management.
This tour was the first in a series that Joramco will host throughout the year with the aim of creating awareness about Joramco’s operations and initiatives.
During the tour, media representatives were guided through Joramco’s expansive; hangars, shops, aircraft parking areas and the Joramco Academy which offers vocational training for future aircraft maintenance engineers.
Speaking on the tour, Joramco’s Chief Commercial Officer, Fraser Currie, said, “We are extremely proud of the work we do here at Joramco and strongly believe in the importance of creating awareness about a sector that is not very well known to most citizens. By hosting these tours, we’re giving the media and by extension, our community, a rare insight behind the scenes of our industry and the truly incredible work that happens at our facilities.
