JLL, a major professional services company that specialises in real estate and investment management, has announced the appointment of Khawar Khan as its new head of research for the Middle East, Africa and Turkey region.
He replaces Dana Salbak who is staying within the JLL business and moving into a new role as Director, for Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) Living Research and Strategy, based in London.
Khan has 13 years of experience covering the built environment across EMEA in various roles, including as a professional economist, researcher and a client-side advisor. He was previously employed with DP World and prior to that in Knight Frank.
He joins JLL with a strong track record in delivering research studies for a range of high profile clients in the Middle East.

In his new role, Khan will be responsible for managing market research and commentary on the region, and will contribute to the firms global, best-in-class research publications by developing localised content.
He has an undergraduate degree from the University of Liverpool and a masters degree from the University College London. He is also a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.-TradeArabia News Service
