Ras Al Khaimah-based Gulf Pharmaceutical Industries (Julphar) has replaced its CEO Essam Mohamed who has resigned after three years in the post.
Mohamed, who has resigned for personal reasons, is to be replaced by Basel Nimar Ziyadeh, the company said in a statement to Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX).
