ArabFinance: Egypt and Sudan are collaborating in the meat manufacturing industry to roll out Just Meat trademark in the Arab republic, according to a February 16th Cabinet statement.

The two governments agreed to set up two factories in South Valley and Cairo.

Egypt-Sudan industrial cooperation also includes trade exchange in all goods like sugar and oilseed crops.

This comes in line of the agreement between Egypts Holding Company for Food Industries and Sudans Al Ategahat al Mtadeda Company.

The deal included 2,000 tons of fresh Sudanese meat imports on a monthly basis to be sold at Egyptian consumer complexes for EGP 85 per kilo.

Egypt is reportedly establishing an industrial zone in Sudan to facilitate the implementation of joint projects.
