Eddy, a one-stop shop for furniture, home appliances, and electronics, and a subsidiary of Yousuf Mohamed Naghi Group, has announced the opening of its latest showroom in Jeddah.
Eddy’s 15th outlet in the Kingdom was inaugurated by Ammar Naghi, chairman of Yousuf Mohamed Naghi Group. Highlighting the flagship showroom’s strategic location on the bustling Prince Sultan Road, Naghi said: “The showroom was set up with unique exterior and interior intelligent design features, which were carefully planned to create an enjoyable and flexible shopping experience, featuring a rich variety of products under one roof.”
Kareem El-Dahabi, group CEO, said: “We are proud to open the 15th showroom, continuing our approach to satisfying our customers. Since Eddy’s launch in 2013, we succeeded in creating a distinguished household name, gaining the confidence of our customers across the Kingdom, which is the main driver of our continued expansion to reach a larger segment of customers.”
Salah El-Sagha, executive director of Eddy, said: “The philosophy of Eddy’s showrooms is based on creating a rich shopping experience for our customers, offering a variety of European furniture brands and designs for bedrooms, living rooms, dining rooms, children’s furniture, and home office furnishings. Also, the showrooms offer a selective variety of home and kitchen accessories, as well as a collection of dining and table linens, accessories and utensils.
“On the other hand, Eddy continues offering its wide range of home electronics and appliances, such as TVs, sound systems, gaming consoles, washing machines, refrigerators, stoves, and more. Moreover, we upgraded our offerings of consumer electronics, such as smartphones, laptops, tablets, and the likes, to offer our customers the latest in technology. All of these products are offered with Eddy’s excellent maintenance programs carried out by our after-sales and maintenance experts who enjoy extensive knowledge in their specialty.”
El-Sagha said Eddy’s top management is focused on supporting the after-sales and maintenance teams that deal with product warranty, home delivery, and home maintenance, to ensure the highest quality of customer service.
