Diyar Al Muharraq, one of the leading urban developers in Bahrain, has announced the sale of Jeewan Villas located in the southern part of the Deerat Al Oyoun project near the entrance to Diyar Al Muharraq.

The sale of the villas will be held at the Diyar Al Muharraq Sales Office on Saturday (October 6) following a recent successful showcasing of the villas in the project to the public.

The project includes 173 villas that are dedicated to those citizens benefiting from the Mazaya social housing programme introduced by the Ministry of Housing, with the prices of each villa starting from BD 99,990.

The specifications of the Jeewan Villas vary in comparison to the Al Dana Villas, which are also part of the Deerat Al Oyoun project, created as such in order to cater to meet the diverse needs of the different set of homeowners accordingly, said a statement from Diyar Al Muharraq.

One of the leading residential developments in the kingdom, Deerat Al Oyoun is located on the south side of Diyar Al Muharraq on a total land area of 1.2 million sq m, and embodies the modernity, heritage and authentic culture of Bahrain.

The Jeewan Villas combine traditional and modern architectural designs, and they include three differing types, namely, the Modern Tropical Villas, French Chateau Villas and the Classical Art Deco Villas, which are aimed to suit different tastes.

The total built-up area of each villa is 241 sq m, and it can be expanded to 274 sq m to include an additional bedroom and bathroom," he added.
