Dubai Investments Real Estate Company (DIRC), a unit of Dubai Investments, has announced that work is moving at a steady pace on Multaqa Avenue, the third cluster within its first freehold gated community in Mirdif Hills, Dubai, with 80 per cent of the construction already completed.

The work on the second cluster, Nasayem Avenue, has already been completed and the residents are all set to move in, stated the Dubai developer. The Multaqa Avenue is set to be ready by the second quarter of 2020, stated the DIRC.

Overlooking Mushrif Park, Mirdif Hills is spread across 3.9 million sq ft equipped with 1,500 apartments – a mix of studio, one-, two-, three-bedroom apartments in addition to three- and four-bedroom duplex units, a four-star hotel with 116 keys and 128 serviced apartments besides a 230-bed hospital.

Situated in proximity to Dubai International Airport, leading business districts and shopping malls, Mirdif Hills is replete with all lifestyle attractions, said the company in a statement.

According to DIRC, residents have started moving into their new two-, three- and four-bedroom apartments in Janayen Avenue, the first cluster within the group's freehold gated community Mirdif Hills.

Janayen Avenue is designed to be a modern luxurious residential development creating ideal family living spaces. Out of the total 359 units within the Janayen Avenue, spaces range from spacious two- and three-bedroom apartments to three- and four-bedroom duplexes.

The total area of properties within the Janayen Avenue range from 1,400 sq ft to 3,300 sq ft and are offered at prices ranging from Dh1.4 million to Dh3.6 million, said the statement from DIRC.

The ready to move in cluster within Mirdif Hills, Janayen Avenue is buzzing with its new residents, creating positive vibes and reviews, steadily attracting more investments into the community, it stated.

The three- and four-bedroom layouts have been customised to fit in varied options, providing the ultimate luxury living experience, set in an ideal serene space, it added.
