Egypt - Amer Group Holding’s (AMER) subsidiary, Tropicana, inked a franchise rights agreement with Olive Tree for three restaurants, according to the company’s statement to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX).

These restaurants are Studio Masr, Carino’s, and Coffeechino.

The franchise rights do not include the management or operation of any malls.

It is worth noting that Amer Group reported a consolidated net profit before minority interest of EGP 84.42 million in the first half (H1) of 2021, versus a net profit of EGP 1.94 million in the year-ago period.

Amer Group is engaged in diversified industry sectors, with its operations being structured into many segments, namely real estate, restaurant, hotel, malls, retail, among others.
