The Abu Dhabi Housing Authority (ADHA) is showcasing four of its innovative projects - Digitizing Pending Customer Actions, Robotic Process Automation, Qaseemati mapping service and Geospatial Projects Dashboard - at the ongoing Gitex Technology Week in Dubai.

ADHA is at the technology expo as part of the Abu Dhabi Government Pavilion, which includes the presence of 23 government entities in addition to academic institutions and representatives of the world's major technology giants.

Over the next three days, ADHA will be illustrating the benefits of its work on the development and implementation of a range of housing programmes for citizens and the frameworks involved to engage the private sector in achieving its visions and aspirations.
During the expo, ADHA will be showcasing four of its innovative projects including:

*Digitizing Pending Customer Actions - A feature which allows customers to complete and submit missing data and documents relevant to their applications through digital channels without the need of making a physical visit to customer service centers.
*Robotic Process Automation (RPA) - A quantum leap in the application of artificial intelligence technologies using robotics technology in processing and completing housing applications and one of the most important technical systems adopted by ADHA in its pursuit of developing and enhancing its services.
*Qaseemati - A mapping service that displays land locations with the current and planned community facilities around it, with the ability to link to Google Maps for accurate location data.
*Geospatial Projects Dashboard - A key service that enables the management and monitoring of Abu Dhabi projects through an integrated system that displays Emirati projects within the boundaries of Abu Dhabi’s three municipal regions, automating project reports and integrating them with input received from other strategic stakeholders.
ADHA’s Director-General Basheer Khalfan Al Mehairbi said: "Gitex is the ideal platform for us to show that by developing initiatives and adopting technologies that enhance the level of housing services it provides, the Authority is providing solutions that come in line with the wise leadership’s directives to digitize government services, accelerate the digital transformation in Abu Dhabi, and move towards a digital future."
Al Mehairbi said: "ADHA’s strategic direction is to adopt innovative AI technologies that enhance its approach to increasing effectiveness and efficiency of enabling it to carry out its business optimally, accurately, at minimum cost and using fewer resources."

"By leveraging modern technologies and using them in its development initiatives, ADHA is improving performance and promoting the Authority’s role in achieving its objectives," he stated.
ADHA seeks to provide social stability and promote happiness among all citizens in Abu Dhabi through the housing services it offers, and its presence at the Abu Dhabi Government Pavilion in Gitex demonstrates how successful the Authority has been in its mandated endeavours of developing fast, effective, and proactive digital government solutions aimed at improving the quality of services and enhance the customer experience, he added.
