As of December 31, 2012, the Company’s subsidiaries included Wataniya Telecom Algerie SPA and Wataniya International FZ LLC, among others. In January, 2014, Saudi Telecom Company (STC) and an affiliate have acquired the Company's subsidiary, Public Telecommunication Company Limited (Bravo).
