وافق مساهمو شركة "أدنوك للتوزيع" الإماراتية على إجراء تعديل على سياسة توزيع الأرباح لتتناسب مع الأداء المالي الذي قدمته الشركة ووضعها المالي في العام 2018.
وتشمل السياسة زيادة توزيعات الأرباح السنوية للعام 2019 لتصبح 2.39 مليار درهم أي بزيادة قدرها 63% عن العام 2018، في حين ستكون توزيعات أرباح عام 2020 بقيمة 2.57 مليار درهم، أي بزيادة قدرها 75% عن عام 2018.
ووفقاً للسياسة الجديدة، تنوي الشركة توزيع الأرباح بنسبة لا تقل عن 75% من الأرباح القابلة للتوزيع للأعوام 2021 وما يليها.
