Abu Dhabi: Ras Al Khaimah’s Tourism Development Authority (RAKTDA) reported a 22 per cent year-on-year rise in the number of hotel guests from India between January and September 2016.

The tourism board said that the number of visitors from India increased by 61 per cent in September compared to the same month in 2015, with India being ranked as Ras Al Khaimah’s fourth largest international source market. RAKTDA is also eyeing further growth in visitors from India, after hosting familiarization trips to travel agents from India.
