Dubai, UAE, 17 March 2012: du's step into the world's largest mall is bringing even more convenience to its ever-growing customer base. The 44th du Shop was recently opened in The Dubai Mall, opening up a world of new experiences and possibilities to existing and new customers alike in the exciting new 3700sq ft Signature Concept store, located on the lower ground level of the shopping and entertainment complex.
Present for the launch were Ayman Eldessouky Senior Vice President, du, among other members of du management.
"Our focus is on providing even more convenience and an even smoother experience to our customers, which is why we are very proud to launch our 44th du Shop in such a strategic location, in one of Dubai's most prestigious landmarks," said Maher Murad, Vice President, Retail, du. "We look forward to welcoming our customers into this new Signature Concept store, where they can experience the world of du first-hand."
Ideally situated close to Waitrose, the new Shop offers du's full range of quad play (mobile, internet, fixed line and television) services for consumer and business. Customers can access a wide range of facilities at the new store, which has 22 service counters, including five dedicated service offices for business customers, two Bill Payment machines, and a queuing system function. Whether enquiring about a new service, subscribing to one of du's value-added mobile plans or purchasing a handset, customers will be met by expertly trained customer service representatives and will experience a quick and effective service from start to finish.
The du Shop at Dubai Mall will be open from 10am - 10pm on weekdays, and from 10am - midnight on weekends.
