The Saudi Commission for Tourism and Antiquities (SCTA) has launched a mobile phone complaint service to allow citizens and expatriates to inform it about any lack of proper facilities.

Prince Sultan bin Salman, the SCTA president, launched the "Mobile Phone Complaint Service" and "Customer Relationship Management" (CRM) projects recently at the commission's headquarters in Riyadh.

Hamad bin Abdul Aziz Al-Sheikh, vice-president of the SCTA for marketing and programs, said the projects would allow citizens to complain and inform the organization on how to improve services and facilities.

The new service would be delivered through an SCTA application for Android and IOS systems. The system allows for the uploading of images and determining locations for easy follow-up, he said.

Al-Sheikh said the SCTA is committed to developing the industry to ensure better services for tourists. He said the CRM project allows the SCTA to communicate more easily with individuals and companies.
