Turkey is dissatisfied with the Iranian gas price, Turkish Minister of Energy and Natural Resources Taner Yildiz was quoted today by the Anadolu agency today.
He added that despite Turkey having appealed to the International Court of Arbitration, Iran has not discussed new prices with Ankara yet.
The minister also added that if the Iranian side announces new prices, Ankara is ready to review and discuss them.
Turkey appealed to the International Court of Arbitration over the Iranian gas price in March 2012.
Earlier, Turkish Minister of Energy and Natural Resources Taner Yildiz said that the price on Iranian gas supplied to Turkey is much higher than the market price.
Iran and Turkey signed an agreement in 1996 to supply 10 billion cubic meters of gas to Turkey annually (30 million cubic meters per day).
