ANKARA, Feb 3 (Reuters) - An International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) arbitration court order that Iran discount prices of natural gas exports to Turkey marks a new beginning for gas cooperation between the two countries, Tehran's ambassador to Ankara said on Wednesday.
Ambassador Ali Reza Bikdeli said at a ceremony in Ankara that energy cooperation between the two neighbours had in part been awaiting the outcome of the court case, which ruled in favour of a 10-15 percent price discount, backdated to 2011.
