ABQ Zawya hereby represents and warrants that (i) it has the right to enter into this Agreement and provide the license to the Service to You; and/or (ii) the use of the Service and related contents by You, will not infringe the intellectual property rights of a third party provided ABQ Zawya may cancel all or part of the Service if: (a) the Service becomes the subject of a claim that such service infringes the rights of any third person or that ABQ Zawya otherwise does not have the right to permit others to use it; (b) the Service becomes illegal or contrary to any applicable law or regulation; or (c) ABQ Zawya for any reason discontinues the Service (or part thereof) in which event You will be reimbursed for remaining complete months of your subscription.
ABQ Zawya does not accept any liability for any indirect or consequential loss or damage, or for any loss of data, profit, revenue or business (whether direct or indirect), however caused, whether due to inaccuracy, error, omission or any other cause and whether on the part of ABQ Zawya or its servants, agents or any other person arising out of or in connection with the viewing, use or performance of the Service.
This Agreement shall be valid for twelve (12) months from the signature date. The Agreement shall automatically renew for successive 12 months periods unless terminated by You in writing at least 30 days prior to the expiration date.
This Agreement is governed by and shall be construed in accordance with English law and the parties hereto irrevocably agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
