JEDDAH -- HotelGate, an online travel and booking site that facilitates the best choice of hotel rooms from over 400,000 hotels worldwide with possible lowest price, has launched its website this month, targeting the Saudi market and the entire Gulf market. The website is offering leisure trips for families as well as trips for newly married couples in a certain special destinations. Saudi youth and adventure seekers would find trips that fulfill their needs.

Speaking to Saudi Gazette, Public Relations Account Executive of the company Feton AlRefaei explained that HotelGate offers booking services to travelers all around the world from bunk beds to royal suites for more than 400,000 global hotels.

"We have different services from hotel bookings to holiday packages. Our thematic objective is to share and carve your valuable moments into memories," she said.

AlRefaei further said that they regularly check the most three visited countries from Saudi Arabia for each category and work on getting the best offers and prices. HoteGate is aiming to add a personalized modus operandi and module to approach the consumer with spare choices.

HotelGate will be having a continuous follow-up with the website customer from the day the person books his trip until he is back to his home, aiming that the client had a special experience.

About the company's strength that differentiates them from other online traveling agencies, AlRefaei explained that "first of all, in general, each business follows its unique mechanism. So what is it that sets apart is that we are based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia so it would be easy for the client to contact us as local support in case of questions, suggestions or complaints. We are also offering our clients more services for now, additionally, in the future to have a luxurious and comprehensive tailor-made package before (their) departure."

Moreover, she said one of the points that make the HotelGate different than other companies is that the company studies the competitors' prices and make comparisons between the prices of all the travel associations. The company studies the market rate before settling the prices.

AlRefaei said" "Our business goals are numerous. One of them is expansion, such as launching our airline and ground services at the beginning of 2017 to arrange an entire business operation. Plus, we are working on exclusive deals with multiple sectors to be announced soon."
