MAKKAH, 19th October, 2016 (WAM) -- Dr. Moufarrej bin Saad Hagbani, Saudi Minister of Labour and Social Development and Chairman of the General Authority of Awqaf Administration, opened the Islamic Conference on Endowments on Tuesday in Makkah, under the theme, "Endowments for Unstoppable Rewards".
According to the Saudi Press Agency, SPA, the three-day conference will serve as a platform to discuss the role of endowments in the Islamic world, to highlight their role in carrying out economic and social development and to activate integrated systems to increase sources of endowments.
